Open Letter to the Supreme Court

We The People (WTP) have sadly lost our respect to the Supreme Court (you). This is not from a single ruling, but a trend of events.

WTP have learned an astonishing lesson.

WTP don’t have rights, we have privileges that can be revoked at the whim of the Supreme Court.

Dobbs has set a dangerous precedence. Where does it end? A slippery slope…

You claimed it was because Roe was a mistake, and you are just correcting it. Bullshit. It’s obvious to anyone who paid attention. Funny thing — the new members just happened to agree to negate Roe. WTP are not naïve. At your level, with all of the history of US law, you can justify anything.

And Clarence … I must ignore decorum.

YOU ARE A FUCKING TRATOR.

Clarence aided and abetted Ginni in her planning for January 6th. Both are TRATORS TO AMERICA. WHY IS HE STILL ON THE COURT? Why has the DOJ not opened an investigation? A previous insurrection method of dealing with traitors included the firing squad. Life in SuperMax sounds right.

WTP would like to respect the Supreme Court. Really! WTP has noticed the effects of Citizen United on political ads, and many of us have problems with the effect of all that $$$ on political elections.

The Supreme Court CAN REGAIN OUR RESPECT BY UPHOLDING THE LAW

The 14th Amendment Section 3:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

There is a plethora of prima facia evidence, including the House J6 Investigation, that Trump incited and ordered the planning of the insurrection. If guilty, therefore, the 14th, section 3 applies.

The Supreme Court is the logical Constitutional branch to find a (former) President guilty of violating the Constitution. The evidence is so overwhelming, the Supreme Court should be able to decide the truth in less than a month. (Really a week, but other issues are on the docket.)

I assume the ruling is guilty, just based on public evidence. Therefore, Trump cannot become president and must drop out of the race.

Clarence and Ginni must be properly investigated. If they are found of being part of J6, they must be treated like the rest of the insurrectionists. Assuming, of course, that a Supreme Court Justice is not above the law.

This action would fire up Trump and his minions. Should the Constitution, and Justice, bow down to the lawless mob?

Historical aside: Clarence's “friend” with the autographed copy of Mein Kampf was brought to the US by Nazis via Project Paperclip — really, google it.

Trump might have put you on the Supreme Court, but your oath is to the Constitution, not a single man.

History is watching. This is a unique and interesting time. This is a test of the Supreme Court and the Constitution. The future of the United States is now.
